I can not say enough good things about Tim. I sometimes get accused of being a little over passionate about my work, die engineering, but I could not hold a candle to this guy. I think he bleeds this stuff he is so into it and so good at it. When I’m stuck on something and I just can’t seem to be able to find the right answer or at least a good answer, I email or call Tim to get his in put, he never lets me down. Tim is not only a wealth of knowledge in this trade he is also good to work with and a man of integrity, something we could use a whole a lot more of these days.
Larry Papke, Stamping Feasibility Supervisor, Chrysler
Tim was an invited lecturer for Lawrence Technological University’s Entrepreneurial Lecture Series. I had the privilege of participating in one of his presentations, and was very impressed. Tim did a fantastic job telling the story of his entrepreneurial journey in a way that the audience found inspirational and informative. Tim’s down-to-earth presentation style was accessible to an audience comprised of both students and faculty members. In addition to his own story, Tim shared a cogent set of general principles of entrepreneurship through speaking and through very well-designed visual aids. I highly recommend Tim as a speaker and consultant on entrepreneurship.

Managing Tim was like managing the 1927 Yankees… In the case of the Yankees, you filled out the lineup card and let them play. Working with Tim, I described the project, the end goals, and let him go. His talent and knowledge took over. I found it great collaborating with Tim as his extensive experiences and out of the box thinking stoked our combined desires to take manufacturing to the next level.
